What do you need to know about electronic invoicing?
Not much, it was introduced by the 2018 Budget Law for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer transactions, and from 1 January 2019 it will also become mandatory for private individuals. The e-invoice between private individuals will be a normal B2B invoice, i.e. between VAT-registered persons, which, however, must be issued, received, signed and stored digitally, preserving its authenticity, integrity and legibility from the moment it is issued until the end of its storage period.

Fortunately, yes, some companies are not obliged to issue electronic invoices: we are talking about those smaller entities that make use of the so-called ' advantage regime ' or the ' flat-rate regime' .

What is dropshipping?
Dropshipping - also called drop ship or drop shipping - is a specific sales model that allows selling without having a physical warehouse. The seller, in fact, is only a go-between: having completed the customer acquisition and sales phase, he transmits the order to his supplier (also called dropshipper) who will ship it directly to the end user, perhaps with packaging that refers to the E-commerce brand. The logistics of an E-commerce dropshipping operation are then handed over to the supplier (or suppliers in the case of multiple warehouses).

Is selling Dropshipping worth it?
Theoretically, the answer is YES. The ecommerce owner who works in dropship with suppliers only specialises in product advertising, without the associated logistics... and makes money too!

  3. Manufacturers and distributors: these are entities that sell wholesale and are open to dropshipping, often because they are not equipped to sell to the end user

Industry statistics reveal that the third solution is often the best, but much depends on the type of business and the average ecommerce receipt.
